At Bushiroad Global Online Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion apparel and accessories. We offer returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Bushiroad tags and labels are attached, and include a printout of your return authorization.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
